Fusion is now live for purchasing, finance and iExpenses.

Our new Fusion system is now live for purchasing, finance and iExpenses. You should have received an Oracle Fusion Applications – Welcome email.

For data security purposes, please immediately follow the link in the Welcome email and reset your password if you have not done so already.

You need to reset your password now – even if you do not need to use Fusion until later this year when the system goes live for HR self-serve.

How to reset your password

By following the link in the Welcome email you will be prompted to reset your Fusion password. Your password must be at least 8 characters in length, contain one capital letter, one number and one special character (e.g. ABCdef25@). Once you change your password, the Fusion Login page will appear as shown below:

You will be able to log on using the Company Single Sign-on button and you will not be prompted to enter your username or password. This process validates your e-mail address against our active directory. You will be able to use Company Single Sign-On for all future access.

If you did not receive a Welcome to Fusion email, you can access Fusion using this link. You will not be able to use the Single Sign-On button and you will need to enter your User ID and the password that has been generated for you as below:

Your user ID is your Employee Number and can be found on your EBS payslip.

Your password is your National Insurance Number in Capitals + @ + date of birth in the format ddmmyyyy in numbers. For example: AB123456C@25011998

Data security

If you are required to approve transactions within Fusion, to ensure data security you must only do so using council supplied IT equipment and mobile devices. Personal devices must not be used for this purpose.

You are free to access Fusion directly from a personal device if you only have access to HR Self Service and your own data, when the HR function goes live later this year.

Additional access

Please contact FusionSupportTeam@Portsmouthcc.gov.uk if you require any additional Fusion access in addition to the access you have been automatically provided.

Pin to taskbar

Pinning Fusion to your Windows taskbar will allow you to easily open Fusion in just one-click from your desktop.

Using Microsoft Edge:

  • Visit the Fusion login page
  • Click the ellipses in the top right corner of your browser
  • Select More tools from the dropdown
  • Click Pin to taskbar
  • Enter a title and click Pin
