You can view quick guides for accessing Fusion, purchasing and approving purchase orders. Please read these before viewing the more detailed user guidance on specific areas of Fusion.
User guides and video tutorials
The Fusion user guidance and video tutorials provide more detailed information for using the system. The guidance has been divided into topics.
You will need to use an online form to raise a credit memo or refund request for invoices migrated from EBS to Fusion. These forms can be accessed from the invoice request form page.
Journals and financial reporting
Sessions are being hosted on Teams to give you extra help with using Fusion. This includes drop-in and how-to sessions.
Drop-in sessions are an opportunity to discuss specific parts of Fusion with a Fusion expert. How-to sessions will show you step-by-step how to complete tasks in the system, similar to our video guidance. Queries will not be answered during how-to sessions.
Upcoming sessions will be listed below. You can join a session via Teams at any time between the times stated by clicking on the hyperlink. When joining, please make sure your microphone and camera is turned off.
Drop-in sessions only: you will need to raise your hand to indicate you have a question and will be invited to turn on your microphone when it’s your turn.
Managers OTBI drop-in session – Thursday 17 June, from 9.30am to 11am
Finance and accountancy staff drop-in session – Tuesday 29 June, from 9.30am to 11am
Schools finance drop-in session – Friday 25 June, from 10.30am to 12noon
